Characteristics
110 m2 apartment in a building called Quinta Sant Pol, located in S'Agaró between the towns of Sant Feliu de Guíxols and Platja d'Aro. The apartment is a short distance from the beach of Sant Pol, it is also close to walking paths that border the Mediterranean.
The apartment has 4 rooms with a capacity for 7 people, one with a double bed, two doubles and one single. We also find a large living-dining room with television set included, kitchen equipped with oven, refrigerator and dishwasher, and two bathrooms: one with washing machine included.
It has a large balcony. Very quiet area but with all services and shops within walking distance.
Bed linen and towels are not included, if needed, the cost is €25 per person
No pets allowed. Groups of young people are not accepted
Conditions: The tourist tax and a deposit of €200 must be added to the rental amount
