House's rules:
1º.We are available for any questions with the aim that you have a pleasant stay.
2nd.The apartment is rented with sheets, (optional towels at € 4 pax).
3º.Entrance from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Time of entry to the apartment: from 15:00 (if there are any guests who leave that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).
Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition that you found it, the kitchen must be left in its proper place.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. Tourist tax: € 1.00 per person per night (only the first 7 nights are paid).
