Accommodation :

The apartment is one room with a double bunk bed.

- Living room with a double sofa bed, table, chairs, television, climate control and exit to the terrace with side views of the beach (in the background).

- Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, and all kitchen utensils.

- Magnificent terrace where you can enjoy your lunch, lunch or dinner.

-1 bathroom with bathtub with (shower hose)

- No parking, but it does have a nearby area of pine trees with free public parking for more than 100 cars, (for those who arrive first)

The Font de Mar building, located next to Cala Font offers an ideal location in terms of services.

The apartment features modern décor and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a furnished terrace, and a bathroom. In addition, TV is included. Salou Train Station is 2 km away, while Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away.

It is a quiet building where groups of friends will not be accepted due to the tranquility of both the area and the rest of the neighbors

Unbeatable location on the seafront, a few meters from restaurants and main shops, next to a bus and taxi stop, especially for families who want maximum comfort and tranquility, you can also go to port-aventura or aquopolis since it is 2 km away , especially well located 2 km from the center of Salou.

House's rules:

Animals are not accepted

1st. We are available for any questions in order to have a pleasant stay.

2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels, Towels supplement €4/person.

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: delivery of keys from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:00 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur an extra charge.

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.

4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach through pre-authorization of the card.

8º The tourist tax (€1 person per day, max 7 days) will be managed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of entry to the apartment.

The optional wifi and you have to request it when you make the reservation, (€5 per day) since there are certain terminals, so it will depend on their availability.
