Rural house situated in a property dedicated to agriculture and forestry. On this estate there is the owner's house, 3 rural apartments (ref: 13518 and ref: 13522) and 1 independent house (ref: 13521).
The apartments are located in an old barn restored and which is divided into 3 independent accommodations. These are situated on one side of the estate. Their back side is facing the rest of the buildings, so they are more independant.
The 4 houses enjoy a large garden with the following services to share:
- Fenced shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m) with a porch; water is treated with electrolosis (disinfecting system without using chemicals)
- Playground with slide, trampoline and swings.

The apartments are located in the village of Lladurs. It is a village of farmhouses situated on the Pre-Pyrenees of Lleida. There are many routes to enjoy hiking or mountain biking on the surroundings. It's location is ideal to enjoy diferent mountain sports such skiing there is Port del Compte ski resort (20 km) and the nordic ski area Tuxient - La Vansa (29 km); also, rock climbing at Canalda (29 km).
Solsona is the capital of the region and its great cultural and gastronomic offer is only 7 km.
An ideal place to just walk around and enjoy the forests of the region and the nature, which it is the main atractive.

On the ground floor of the building, there is a large dining room (up to 20 people), living room with TV and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, fridge, dishwasher and capsules coffee machine. This room is rented separately and when the 3 apartments are rented together (13518 + 13522). The price includes the tableware.
