Situated on the ground floor and distributed in one floor but different levels:

Living room where it is still conserved the old bread oven, separated by a step, the dining area and kitchen with washing machine, fridge, gas hob and oven. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom with bath.

Shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m),open all year / Barbecue for private use.

The main building is divided in 2 independent houses and annex room where it is the ping-pong table.

The property, dated on 1820, is located on the outskirts of the town of Calonge, in a very quiet place among woods and growing fields, 3 km. away from the beach. 

Property of 4 independent houses (see property ref: 21006, 21008 and 21009), which share the following services:

• Shared swimming pool (12 x 6 m)
• Game area with a ping-pong table
• Barbecue area with 4 grills (one for each house)

Next to the house, on a lower level, there is a large area with garden tables and chairs on the shade of banana trees.

things to do

You can visit the Castle of Calonge, go on trips to the mountains of Les Gavarres or relax on the beaches of La Costa Brava. You can rent horses 9 km. away and you can also practise water sports. You can visit the town of Girona, with its cathedral and the jewish quarter, Figueres with the Dalí Museum, or just get to the coast villages to taste typical catalan dishes like the anchovys or the "garotes".
