*This room is only for bookings superior to 6 people or if you want to book with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
** Possibility to add 1 double bed or 2 single beds.
Shared swimming pool(7 x 4 m) / Private porch with barbecue.
*Owners can, occasionally, use the swimmingpool.

house and surroundings
Property dedicated to farming and ranching. Located in the Pla de l'Estany in the small town of Fontcoberta (80 people) and 5 km from Banyoles Lake.
The house, restored in 2011, is located on the first floor.
On the ground floor there is an area to park the cars and a spacious, nice porch with table, chairs, ping pong, billiards and a lot of room to play. A bit further, a closed garden area with porch and garden furniture and swimming pool (10 x 4).
On the farm, where the owners live, there is a small farm of poultry (chickens and geese), which we can gather and enjoy their prized eggs.

The Pla de l'Estany is a region exceptionally well served to enjoy both the pleasures of the mountains and the coast.
This area is home to towns and outstanding natural areas, such as Lake Banyoles, an area of great ecological value where you can practice all kinds of water sports, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming and others.
Banyoles is located midway between the Costa Brava and the Pyrenees, is a small town very nice and quiet with a beautiful arcaded square where Wednesday hosts the weekly market. Found: the Gothic buildings Llotja Almshouse and the Tint. A whole set of streets and squares with unique buildings worth visiting.
This little village is also the starting point may be multiple visits, about 30 minutes we have the beaches of the Costa Brava (L'Escala, Sant Martí d'Empurias Roses, Sant Pere Pescador, ...) if we go over to inside, Serinyà (prehistoric Caves Park), the medieval town of Besalu, the Natural Park of the Volcanic Area of the Garrotxa, ... not to mention the proximity to the city of Girona with an old kernel of the most important historic areas in the country.
Near Banyoles can visit the monastery of San Esteban founded in 812 by Benedictine monks and the origin of the village, in 1973 it was declared a National Cultural Interest.
