house and surroundings

Rural house situated in a farm dedicated to agriculture and livestock where an old barn has been restored keeping much of the structure and the charm of a unique building. Windows, stone walls, roofs with wooden beams and other antique items remain the same, this give a rustic and original style to the house. In the other hand, the interiors have been restored with the greatest comfort and services. A great contrast, between comfort, functionality and tradition.  Located between fields in the middle of la Cerdanya, in the small the small neighborhood of Talltorta, consisting of several houses in the municipality of Bolvir. The estate is made up of the main house, the farm with dairy cows, horses and chickens and the building where there are three independent apartments; in front a nice square made of stones. Municipal swimming pool Bolvir, Puigcerdà Bour-Madamme, hot springs in Lló and Dorres.

Located on the first floor of the building and divided into two levels.

In the first level we can find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, a dining room with two comfortable sofas, TV, fireplace. A toilet, where there is a washing machine and dryer.

The second level with wooden floors and ceilings, there is a double room with bathroom with thermostatic shower and 2 bedrooms with twin beds, both share a bathroom. Central heating.

activities

From the house, in a walking distance, we can visit the unique church of Sant Climent de Talltorta, this is the only baroque church in the region. From this strategic point of la Cerdanya we can visit the small and emblematic villages of Talltendre, Arànser, Musso, Meranges and its glacial lakes… In front we have the largest protected area of Catalonia, Cadí Moixeró Park. There are many kind of hiking trails in the park and region. Sporting activities is much broader, alpine skiing in La Molina, Masella, Arànser, Lles de Cerdanya, etc., where there is also an adventure circuit with different levels, trails, snow toboggans, etc. Kayaking and canoeing (Parc del Segre in La Seu d'Urgell), fishin… The capital of the region, Puigcerdà is only 5km away. We can’t forget the proximity to the French Cerdanya, with its hot springs resorts, ski resorts, Le train Jaune and many interesting villages and landscape.
