Old mountain house, located in the small village of Fornells de la Muntanya at an altitude of 1280 m., an excellent option for mountain lovers.
Distributed on 3 floors:
Ground floor: spacious dining room and above it the living room with fireplace, TV, sofas and beautiful views of the village and the mountains. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, oven, TV and table with chairs. Bathroom with sink, toilet and washing machine. Access outside.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, one of these rooms can be triple. 1 Bathroom with shower.
Third floor: 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms, the two rooms can be triple. 2 bathrooms with shower.
Private barbecue.
At the back of the house there is a great meadow where to play.
House and surroundings
Old mountain house, restored in 2013, but preserves old structural elements is provided with every comfort. Located in the small village of Fornells de la Muntanya, of 26 inhabitants and 1280 m. altitude. This small town is located in the valley of Toses, a well preserved valley with an impressive alpine vegetation and some, very well preserved, Romanesque churches.
A 16' Ribas de Freser, 20' of La Molina and 30' Puigcerdà, is an excellent choice for lovers of the mountains. At the back of the house there is a great meadow where to play and, on one side, an outdoor table and the barbecue.
Things to do
Along the valley there are small and charming villages where we will find beautiful and unique examples of a well-preserved Romanesque, Sant Cristofol Toses, Dòrria Victor Sant, Sant Marti de Fornells, Sant Cristòfol of Neva and Mare de Deu del Carme.
In this area there are several routes for hikers of all levels. The proximity to the ski resort of La Molina (20 minutes) and Masella assure us skiing and summer activities such as bicycle rental karts, adventure park in the trees, quads, etc.
