2nd. The apartment is rented with sheets, but without towels. Towels supplement €4/person.
3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: keys delivery from 4:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.)
Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 p.m. (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 a.m.). Check-in before 17:00 may incur a surcharge.
Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
5th. Respect the rules of the community and neighbors.
6th. It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.
7th. The Deposit will be managed by Apartbeach by pre-authorization of the card and is automatically unlocked 7 days after your departure.
8º The tourist tax will be managed by ApartBeach and will have to be paid on the day of entry to the apartment,
