Lovely little house with green private garden in a residential area at 10 min. walking from the sea.

Holiday House on the Spanish Costa Brava, in the fishing village of L’Escala. House “Pi Gran B” is a tiny comfortable house offering all the comodity for a peaceful summertime close to the beach.

Surrounded by a well-kept green garden where you may enjoy barbecue evenings or relaxing moments in a sunbed, the house invites you to desconnection and rest. There is also a furnished terrasse for your outdoor breakfasts or simply to sit reading a good book. The plot is fenced but be aware that the wall between this house and the neighboor’s one  is really low and can be jumped over by a tall dog.

The house is all built on ground floor and is divided into a large líving-room, separate equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom. It is equipped with Sat-TV , washing- machine and has a parking place on the property.

The accomodation “Pi Gran B” is situated close to the pinewood , about 1 km from the main beach of L’Escala and is a good starting point to go for a walk or a bike ride to the family beaches of riells or Montgo. Do not forget to taste the catalan gastronomy in one of the several restaurants of the village. 

Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
